Your franchisee training begins with hands-on situational lessons on the floor in one of our communities, led by one of our successful leaders. We also provide training that includes clinical care planning, real estate development, human resources, marketing, operations and regulations, customer service, staffing, and financial analysis. Our goal is to combine classroom instruction with hands-on work in one of our communities. We will prepare you for success by providing you with training that you will not receive in a handbook but with firsthand experience.

Our Facility Design
We have multiple designs for Independent Living or Assisted Living. Our design can be scaled from 16-32 units, including ample common spaces, clubhouses, sitting porches, dining areas, activity rooms, and salons. All blueprints to build one of our models will provide you with a high-quality, affordable, and adaptable design.
