The owners and managers of Silver Treasure Senior Living have 100 years of combined experience in assisted living operations – and many more years in essential professions such as health care, real estate development, human resources, business, and financial analysis, franchising, and even government regulation of ALFs.

Freddie Arguilla Chief Executive Officer

Also, the President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Silver Treasures Senior Living,LLC, is an executive who has started and built successful businesses in assisted living, real estate, and the printing industry. Mr. Arguilla earned a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering at the University of the East in Manila, Philippines. He has owned businesses throughout Northeast Florida for more than two decades.

Jennifer Arguilla, FNP-BC, MBA-HCM, LNC Chief Operating Officer

She is also the Corporate Secretary and Director of Silver Treasures Senior Living,LLC. She is an advanced registered nurse practitioner with 24 years of experience in assisted living facility management. She has been the director of vital operations in hospitals, including emergency services, intensive care, interventional radiology, and more. Ms. Arguilla earned a master’s degree in nursing, healthcare management, and business administration at Jacksonville University and the University of Phoenix.

The founders of Silver Treasures Senior Living,LLC — Freddie and Jennifer Arguilla — have owned and operated assisted living communities in Florida since 2001. The couple began with the purchase of an existing facility, Silver Treasures Senior Living Center of Mandarin (formerly known as Mandarin Manor) in Jacksonville, and expanded with the construction in 2006 of Heritage Crossings, also in Jacksonville.

In 2012, the Arguillas built and opened The Legacy at St. Johns, an assisted living community in St. Johns, Florida. In 2016, they acquired land and designed an assisted living community named Silver Treasures Senior Living Center of St. Augustine, opening it as the headquarters for the franchise.

Freddie and Jennifer Arguilla have built their assisted living businesses with the principles of “senior care with heart” and careful attention to cash flow. Freddie has described the key to their success as “treat your residents like family, the way you would want your mother or father to be treated.”

The Arguillas started Silver Treasures Senior Living,LLC in 2014 as a way to teach what they’ve learned to entrepreneurs who want to enter the challenging but rewarding field of assisted living.

Chad Anfinson Executive Vice President of Operations

Mr. Anfinson has over 20 years’ experience in the senior living industry. He is a certified administrator and has operated and overseen all aspects of senior living operations. He has also successfully built and developed multiple senior focused ventures and continues to provide guidance to up and coming senior living executives. He holds a business administration and marketing degree as well as real-world hands-on experience in senior living. He has developed and groomed many future senior living business owners, marketing, sales, and administrators in the industry.

Mr. Anfinson started his career in senior living sales and was fortunate enough to have a strong mentor teach him every aspect of the operating a senior living community. Silver Treasures Senior Living,LLC now provides him the unique opportunity to share his knowledge and mentor franchisees on the operations of their community and provide a road map to success.

Joseph Lyons Director of Compliance

Mr. Lyons is the Director of Compliance for Silver Treasures Senior Living,LLC. Mr. Lyons, in addition to his service to Silver Treasures Senior Living,LLC, serves as a consultant to the health care and assisted living industry in the areas of operations, management, quality assurance, marketing, staff training, and compliance oversight of regulatory mandates. Mr. Lyons earned a business degree in Management from Wright State University.

Mr. Lyons was employed by the Florida Agency for health care from 2004 to 2015 and from 1995 to 1997. The majority of Mr. Lyons’ time at the Agency was working with assisted living facilities. From 1997 through 2004, was employed by numerous assisted living facilities concentrating on turning around problem facilities and regulatory affairs. 

Mr. Lyons spent from 1974 to 1995 in several executive positions in the hospital acute care and ambulatory surgery industry, which included work in operations and human resources.
